The Right Piscataway Party Bus Rental, Found
Partybusedison.com is not a bus company. It is a quote-comparison website — a fast, free way to see vehicles and rates from a large network of independently owned transportation companies serving Piscataway and the surrounding Middlesex County area, all in one place.
Here is what that means for you: instead of calling five different companies on a Tuesday morning, describing your Rutgers tailgate or your daughter's Sweet 16 over and over, and waiting on callbacks that never quite line up — you fill out one form and get pricing back in seconds. Different vehicle types, different price points, side by side. No company account needed.
No commitment to anything. Just information, fast, so you can make the right call for your group.
Piscataway sits right at the center of Central Jersey's busiest transportation corridors — Route 1, the New Jersey Turnpike, I-287 — and whether your group is heading to MetLife Stadium, a concert at PNC Bank Arts Center, or a night out along the Raritan, Partybusedison.com connects you to buses ready to handle the whole route. Call 862-306-1068 any time to get started.

Compare Amenities on Your Piscataway Bus
Different trips call for different setups. A 25-passenger party bus heading out from Piscataway typically comes with wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a full-length bar area, flat-panel TVs, and a Bluetooth sound system. A minibus is a better fit for corporate shuttles between Piscataway's Route 1 tech corridor and Newark Liberty — climate-controlled, reclining seats, and easy loading without the party setup.
Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms, which matters a lot when your group is heading all the way up to MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford or down to Atlantic City.
Amenities vary by vehicle and provider. The quote form surfaces pictures and specs alongside pricing so you can see exactly what you are getting before committing to anything. Call 862-306-1068 if you want to talk through which setup fits your trip.

Party Bus Prices in Piscataway
Party bus rental prices in Piscataway vary based on vehicle size, day of week, and how long you need the bus. As a planning reference: a 15-passenger party bus runs roughly $200–$350 per hour on weekdays and $250–$350 on weekends. A 30-passenger party bus runs approximately $300–$375 per hour on weekdays and $325–$425 on weekends.
A 40–56 passenger charter bus comes in around $200–$350 per hour regardless of day, making it one of the more cost-efficient options when you are moving a large group to a Rutgers game at SHI Stadium or shuttling a corporate team across Middlesex County.

Match Your Group to the Right Piscataway Party Bus
The short answer: you are not locked into one fleet. Because Partybusedison.com pulls from a network of independently owned transportation companies serving Piscataway and Middlesex County, the options you see when you fill out the form are not limited to whatever vehicles one company happens to have available on your date. That makes a real difference during prom season in May, during Rutgers football Saturdays, and during the New Jersey State Fair period when every bus in the region is spoken for weeks in advance.
The form takes about a minute to fill out. Pricing and vehicle pictures come back in seconds — no account, no callback wait, no commitment. If you want help narrowing down between a minibus and a charter bus for your corporate event off Centennial Avenue, a team is reachable at 862-306-1068 every day of the year to work through the details with you.
Piscataway groups heading into New Brunswick, up to East Rutherford, or across to Newark for a concert will find vehicles in the network that know these routes. That is the whole point — right vehicle, right price, right date, found fast.
Piscataway Party Bus Services
Partybusedison.com connects Piscataway groups to transportation for every occasion — airport transfers, concerts, corporate shuttles, weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, prom, sporting events, school trips, and winery tours. Whatever the occasion, the right bus is in the network. Call 862-306-1068 to get started.

Piscataway Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) sits roughly 25 miles northeast of Piscataway — about 35–50 minutes via I-287 North to the New Jersey Turnpike, depending on whether the Turnpike interchange is running free or crawling, which it frequently is not during morning drive time. Groups trying to coordinate multiple cars to EWR run into the same problem on every trip: someone is late, someone misses the cutoff, and the whole departure gets chaotic before anyone reaches the terminal.
A Piscataway airport shuttle bus solves the timing problem entirely. Your group stages in one location, loads once, and arrives at the correct terminal curbside. EWR's ground transportation pickup for pre-arranged buses uses specific commercial vehicle lanes on the Arrivals level — confirm your terminal (A, B, or C) with your group coordinator before departure day, because each terminal has a separate approach.
Don't call for the bus until the full group has luggage and is assembled at the curb.
Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is also reachable from Piscataway — roughly 70–80 miles south via I-95, better suited for a charter bus when the whole group is flying together. Call 862-306-1068 to build the right airport transfer for your date.

Piscataway Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The bachelor and bachelorette circuit running out of Piscataway typically heads in one of two directions: east into New Brunswick's George Street bar corridor, or north toward Manhattan for a full night out. Both trips have a built-in transportation problem. New Brunswick's parking situation on a Friday or Saturday night near Rutgers is rough — the George Street lots fill early, street parking disappears before 8pm, and rideshares surge after midnight.
A Piscataway bachelorette party bus drops the group at the first stop, loops back as the night moves, and makes sure everyone gets home on one plan instead of four separate rideshare apps.
For the New York run, a 25-passenger party bus with LED lighting, a bar setup, and Bluetooth sound keeps the energy going through the Lincoln Tunnel instead of burning it out in traffic. The party starts in Piscataway, not at the destination. A 50-passenger party bus runs approximately $300–$450 per hour on weekdays and $325–$500 on weekends — split 20 ways, that math looks a lot better than 20 separate Ubers at 1am.
Call 862-306-1068 to check availability for your date.

Piscataway Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of the most memorable parts of a Sweet 16 or quinceañera — and Piscataway and Middlesex County have no shortage of venues that make it work beautifully. Groups heading to reception halls in Edison, South Plainfield, or Woodbridge can stage the pickup at home and arrive together as a group, entrance and all planned in advance.
For adult milestone birthdays heading into New York City or down to Atlantic City for the night, a 40-passenger party bus with flat-panel TVs and wraparound seating handles the group without splitting anyone off into a second vehicle. A Piscataway birthday party bus rental can be built as a round-trip from one address, or as a multi-stop evening itinerary — dinner, then a venue, then home — without anyone worrying about who drives at the end of the night.
Pricing for a 25-passenger party bus starts around $275–$375 per hour on weekends. Fill out the form for a quick rate on your date, or call 862-306-1068 to discuss the itinerary.

Piscataway Concert Transportation & Shuttles
PNC Bank Arts Center (1 Centerpiece Blvd, Holmdel, NJ 07733) is the region's biggest outdoor amphitheater — 17,500-capacity, about 30 miles southeast of Piscataway via the Garden State Parkway. On a sold-out summer Saturday, the Parkway south toward Exit 116 backs up for miles before the show, and the post-concert exit is worse. Groups who drive themselves spend 45–90 minutes in that lot after the encore trying to get back to the Parkway.
A charter bus to PNC Bank Arts Center stages in the venue's designated bus area while your group is inside, then loads immediately at the designated pickup point — no circling, no losing half your group in the parking field.
Closer to home, State Theatre New Jersey (15 Livingston Ave, New Brunswick, NJ 08901) is just a few miles east on Route 18, with extremely limited street parking in downtown New Brunswick on show nights. A minibus drops your group on Livingston Avenue steps from the door and picks everyone up at the same spot after the show — no garage hunting, no meter scrambling.
Jersey Mike's Arena at Rutgers handles larger touring acts and adds game-day road closures to the mix. Call 862-306-1068 to lock in your concert bus before the date sells out.

Piscataway Corporate Event Transportation
Piscataway's Route 1 corridor is one of the most active corporate and pharmaceutical campuses in New Jersey — Johnson & Johnson's research operations, Sanofi, and a cluster of biotech firms all have a presence in the area, alongside major distribution and logistics operations off Centennial Avenue. Getting a team from a Piscataway campus to a conference hotel in Iselin or a client dinner in New Brunswick without everyone driving separately is a recurring logistics problem that a minibus handles cleanly.
For larger events at the New Jersey Convention and Expo Center in Edison — just a few miles north on Route 1 — a full charter bus shuttle keeps employees moving between the venue and hotel blocks on the same schedule, without anyone getting stranded. The Convention Center's commercial vehicle approach is off Raritan Center Parkway; confirm your specific entrance with the venue before the event day.
A Piscataway corporate event bus rental is also a practical call for team-building days heading into New York City, where parking alone would cost more per car than a shared bus for the group. Call 862-306-1068 for group rates and multi-stop itineraries.

Piscataway Private Event Transportation Services
Piscataway sits in the middle of a densely packed event calendar. Rutgers Football Saturdays at SHI Stadium, the New Jersey State Fair in late August and early September, and major events at the New Jersey Convention and Expo Center in Raritan Center all create windows where road access gets complicated and rideshare pricing spikes. A private charter bus bypasses those pressure points by pre-planning the route and the drop-off before demand spikes.
Family reunions hitting multiple stops across Middlesex County — a park in Piscataway, lunch in Highland Park, a waterfront stop in South Amboy — work best on one bus with a fixed itinerary rather than a caravan of individually navigating cars. A Piscataway private event bus rental can be configured as a point-to-point transfer, a round-trip, or a multi-stop day rental depending on how the day is structured.
For events at Rutgers during graduation weekend in May — one of the highest-demand weekends in this market — book at least four to six months out. Call 862-306-1068 as soon as your date is set.

Piscataway Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Piscataway High School's prom typically falls in late May, right in the middle of the region's peak party bus demand window — when Rutgers graduation weekend, multiple Middlesex County high school proms, and late spring weddings are all competing for the same vehicle inventory. For prom: the right time to book is no later than January. Waiting until March or April in this market means you are already shopping from whatever is left.
A Piscataway prom party bus handles the whole evening — pickup at home, photos, the venue, and the after-party — on one itinerary, with a vehicle that fits the whole group. No one has to drive, no one gets separated, and parents get a clear pickup window at the end of the night. A 20-passenger party bus runs approximately $275–$350 per hour on weekends, and a 30-passenger bus runs $325–$425.
The earlier you book, the more vehicle options and the better the rate. Call 862-306-1068 to check what is available for your date.

Piscataway School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Piscataway is home to Rutgers University's main Busch and Livingston campuses, and the surrounding school districts make regular use of group transportation for field trips, athletic travel, and academic events. A charter bus connecting students from Piscataway Township schools to Rutgers' Geology Museum (Wright-Rieman Laboratories, 610 Taylor Road, Piscataway, NJ 08854), the Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, or the New Jersey State Museum in Trenton handles the whole trip under one roof — no parent carpool coordination, no parking at the destination.
For Rutgers student groups, a Piscataway school event bus rental is a practical solution for inter-campus movement between the College Avenue, Busch, Livingston, and Cook-Douglass campuses — which are connected by the Rutgers bus system but that system runs on a fixed schedule that does not always match a group's itinerary. Charter buses add onboard restrooms on select vehicles (useful for longer field trips) and overhead storage for bags and equipment. ADA-accessible vehicles are available in the network — mention it when you fill out the form.
Call 862-306-1068 to discuss your school group's needs.

Piscataway Sporting Event Transportation
The biggest sporting event draw from Piscataway is Rutgers Football at SHI Stadium (1 Scarlet Knight Way, Piscataway, NJ 08854), which sits right in town with a capacity over 52,000. On a Homecoming Saturday or a Big Ten rivalry game, River Road and Sutphin Road leading to the stadium see significant congestion well before kickoff, and parking in Lot 30, Lot 34, and the surrounding areas is purchased in advance — day-of availability is not guaranteed and the walk from remote lots to the stadium gate can run 15–20 minutes each way.
A charter bus to SHI Stadium stages in the stadium's designated bus and charter area, drops your group close to the gates, and the tailgate starts on the bus ride over instead of in a remote lot. MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford is roughly 35 miles north — on a Jets or Giants Sunday, the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 3 approaching the Meadowlands are genuinely punishing. A Piscataway sporting event charter bus handles the full round trip so your group arrives together and leaves together.
Check the official SHI Stadium page for current parking and bus staging information before game day.

Piscataway Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Middlesex County has a deep roster of wedding venues — the Imperia in Somerset, the Merion in Cinnaminson, the Wilshire Grand in West Orange — and the logistics problem is almost always the same: hotel blocks in one town, ceremony in another, reception venue in a third. Guests who are not familiar with New Jersey's Route 1/Route 9 split, the I-287 interchange complexity, or the lack of straight shot between New Brunswick and the Turnpike end up late, stressed, or lost.
A Piscataway wedding shuttle bus solves this cleanly. A minibus running a hotel-block-to-ceremony loop handles 20–30 guests per run with no parking required at the ceremony site. A full charter bus works for larger guest counts where a single vehicle covers the whole group in one move.
For the bridal party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo at $225–$350 per hour on weekends is a clean fit — comfortable, not over-the-top, and sized right for the wedding party without excess.
Wedding weekends in May and October book out fast in this market. Call 862-306-1068 as soon as the venue and date are confirmed.

Piscataway Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Central Jersey's wine trail has grown significantly — Four JG's Orchards and Vineyards (141 Perrineville Rd, Colts Neck, NJ 07722) and Unionville Vineyards (9 Rocktown Rd, Ringoes, NJ 08551) are both within an hour of Piscataway and draw group tastings from the Middlesex County area regularly. The practical problem with a winery day trip is always the driving — someone has to stay sober, and rotating that responsibility takes the edge off the whole afternoon.
A Piscataway winery tour bus rental keeps everyone on the same itinerary, gets the group from stop to stop without anyone navigating rural Monmouth County roads after a few tastings, and parks outside while your group is inside. For a pub crawl staying closer to Piscataway — starting in New Brunswick along George Street and working through Highland Park — a minibus running $200–$275 per hour on weekends is a practical and affordable fit for groups of 15–20. The Partybusedison.com quote form surfaces availability and rates for your specific date in seconds.
Call 862-306-1068 to build the itinerary.

Frequently Asked Questions About Piscataway Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Partybusedison.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Partybusedison.com?
Partybusedison.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It is not a bus company and does not operate any vehicles. The site lets you fill out one form and see vehicles, photos, and pricing from a network of independently owned transportation companies serving Piscataway and Middlesex County — all in one place, no account required.

How much does a party bus cost in Piscataway?
As a planning reference: a 15-passenger party bus runs roughly $200–$350 per hour on weekdays and $250–$350 on weekends. A 25-passenger party bus runs approximately $250–$375 per hour on weekends. A 40–56 passenger charter bus comes in around $200–$350 per hour.
Your quote for your specific date and itinerary comes back in about a minute when you fill out the form or call 862-306-1068. See the full party bus prices page for a complete breakdown.
Where do charter buses park at SHI Stadium during Rutgers games?
SHI Stadium has designated bus and charter vehicle staging areas, but lot assignments and approach routes vary by event and can change based on construction or special scheduling. We strongly recommend checking the official SHI Stadium transportation page and Rutgers Athletics' current parking advisories before your game day. On high-demand Saturdays — Homecoming, rivalry games, Big Ten matchups — those lots reach capacity well before kickoff.
Book the bus early and confirm the staging plan in advance.
What is the best vehicle for a group heading from Piscataway to MetLife Stadium?
For groups of 20–35, a minibus or mid-size party bus handles the I-287 to Turnpike to Route 3 corridor comfortably with overhead storage for gear. For larger fan groups of 40–56, a charter bus with undercarriage bays and an onboard restroom is the better call — the drive from Piscataway to East Rutherford is 35–40 miles and the post-game exit from the Meadowlands can extend the return trip significantly. Read the full MetLife Stadium bus guide for more on parking zones and drop-off logistics.
Can a charter bus reach PNC Bank Arts Center from Piscataway?
Yes — PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel is roughly 30 miles southeast of Piscataway via the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 116. The Parkway southbound on summer concert nights backs up significantly approaching the exit, so departure timing matters. The PNC Bank Arts Center bus guide covers the drop-off area and staging logistics.
A charter bus handles the full round trip — including the post-show Parkway crawl — so your group is not sitting in that exit queue in separate cars.
Does Partybusedison.com serve the Rutgers University campus?
Yes. Transportation companies in the network serve all of Piscataway and the Rutgers Busch and Livingston campus areas. Groups using buses for Rutgers events — graduation weekend, athletic travel, campus shuttles for off-campus student groups — can find vehicles through the quote form.
Graduation weekend in May is the highest-demand period in this market; if your event falls that weekend, book as early as possible. Call 862-306-1068 to discuss Rutgers-area logistics.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Piscataway trips, two to four weeks of lead time gives you solid vehicle selection. For high-demand dates — Rutgers Homecoming (October), prom season (May), Rutgers graduation weekend (May), and any summer weekend with a major show at PNC Bank Arts Center — book four to six months out. Prom in particular: the Middlesex County market competes across a narrow six-week window in spring, and the buses that were available in January are gone by March.
The earlier you call, the better the options and the rate. Call 862-306-1068 or fill out the form today.
Popular Piscataway Party Bus Destinations
Piscataway sits in the middle of one of Central Jersey's busiest event corridors — Rutgers Athletics, State Theatre, PNC Bank Arts Center, and the Meadowlands are all within reach. Here are six destinations where groups from Piscataway regularly travel, and what to know about getting there by bus.

SHI Stadium — Rutgers University
SHI Stadium (1 Scarlet Knight Way, Piscataway, NJ 08854) is a 52,454-seat venue sitting right in Piscataway, home to the Rutgers Scarlet Knights. On Big Ten game days — particularly Homecoming in October — River Road and Sutphin Road back up early, and parking in the stadium lots requires advance purchase through Rutgers Athletics. The walk from remote Lot 34 to the main gate runs over ten minutes.
A charter bus drops your group near the gates and holds in the bus staging area. Check the official stadium page for current lot assignments before each game. Phone: (848) 445-4200.

State Theatre New Jersey
State Theatre New Jersey (15 Livingston Ave, New Brunswick, NJ 08901) is a 1,800-seat performing arts venue in downtown New Brunswick, about four miles east of Piscataway's core. On show nights, the George Street area fills quickly, street parking is metered and scarce, and the Livingston Avenue garage is the best nearby option — but it charges by the hour and fills on popular nights. A minibus from Piscataway drops your group curbside on Livingston Avenue and picks up at the same spot after the curtain.
See the State Theatre bus guide for more. Phone: (732) 246-7469.

Jersey Mike's Arena
Jersey Mike's Arena (83 Rockafeller Rd, Piscataway, NJ 08854) is the 8,000-capacity on-campus arena at Rutgers, hosting Scarlet Knights basketball, concerts, and large university events. Located off Sutphin Road on the Busch Campus, the arena shares parking with SHI Stadium on event nights — meaning the same lots, the same congestion, and the same advance-purchase requirement. On concert nights that overlap with other Rutgers events, parking is particularly tight.
The Jersey Mike's Arena bus guide covers current staging information. Phone: (732) 445-4200.

PNC Bank Arts Center
PNC Bank Arts Center (1 Centerpiece Blvd, Holmdel, NJ 07733) is a 17,500-capacity outdoor amphitheater roughly 28 miles southeast of Piscataway via the Garden State Parkway. Summer concerts here routinely sell out, and the Parkway South to Exit 116 is one of the region's most reliably congested post-show corridors. The lot holds, the Parkway backs up, and groups driving themselves typically spend 45–60 minutes just clearing the venue grounds after an encore.
A bus stages in the designated charter area and loads your group without the wait. The PNC Bank Arts Center bus guide has drop-off and staging specifics. Phone: (732) 203-2500.

New Jersey Convention and Expo Center
The New Jersey Convention and Expo Center (97 Sunfield Ave, Edison, NJ 08837) in Raritan Center is just a few miles north of Piscataway on Route 1, making it the closest major convention facility to the area. It hosts trade shows, consumer expos, job fairs, and large corporate events year-round. Parking at the Convention Center is plentiful — but coordinating 40 employees arriving separately across a trade show setup is a logistics drain.
A charter bus running a hotel-to-venue shuttle keeps the group on schedule. Read the Convention Center bus guide for commercial vehicle approach details. Phone: (732) 417-1400.

TD Bank Ballpark
TD Bank Ballpark (1 Stadium Plaza, Bridgewater, NJ 08807) is home to the Somerset Patriots (Double-A New York Yankees affiliate), about 15 miles west of Piscataway via Route 28 or I-287 West. The ballpark seats just over 6,000 and draws strong crowds on fireworks nights and bobblehead promotion days — exactly the nights when Route 28 heading toward Bridgewater gets backed up after the final out. A minibus from Piscataway handles a group of 15–25 for a full evening at the ballpark and brings everyone home after without the scramble.
See the TD Bank Ballpark bus guide for more. Phone: (908) 252-0700.
